Yukon Delta NWR Centennial Event, Bethel, AK, November
Friends members Carla Stanley, Tom Collopy, Mary Frische and Friends
Board member Christina Whiting travelled to Bethel in mid November to
celebrate the Yukon Delta Refuge's centennial celebration. An exhibit
of Tom and Mary's photography of the refuge was displayed at the
Cultural Center with an opening reception for the public. Tom and
Mary held a photography workshop and Carla presented on the history
and current activities of the Friends group.
