Arctic Interagency Visitor Center Volunteer, Coldfoot, AK, August 2008

Participants: Erv and Sandra Noll

Two Friends volunteers spent three weeks at the Arctic Interagency Visitor Center in Coldfoot.

While working at the visitor center, Sandra and Erv developed an interpretive program for the caribou antler exhibit, gave presentations on bald eagles, and worked to enhance the Kanuti section of the FWS wildlife refuges power point program. Other activities included helping out at the desk and the small AK Geographic store and talking with visitors from many different states and countries, some traveling independently and many on tours.
